HOW TO ORDER: For glass art and cyanotypes please contact me for price. Orders are made by e-mail or by direct contact through the message box on this website (see the "Contact" page). Right after you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, I will send you an email confirmation. Please read the Terms and Conditions and take into account that the prices do not include the shipping price, which, for countries outside Europe (UK included) can be significant. If you don't hear from me after placing an order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you haven't received any of my emails, please reach out to me at email@example.com to sort things out (the most frequent issue I experience are missed typed email addresses, so please double check ther email address when filling in your order details).
PAYMENTS: I offer card payment / bank transfer / Pay Pal and cash on delivery for orders shipped to Romania. For orders shipped outside Romania, card payment / bank transfer / Pay Pal is available. Our base currencies are Romanian Leu (RON), for Romania, and EURO or US Dollars for the EU / non EU countries.

The works are carefully packed to ensure their safety.
SHIPPING / SHIPPING COSTS / SHIPPING TIME: We ship to Romania and most international destinations. Shipping is done by courier, awb traceable, or, locally, by post. For our customers in Romania the shipping costs are included into the price. For EU and non EU* countries the shipping cost are calculated based on the courier fees and taxes. We pack professionally and packing is always included into the price.
Shipping time: Romania: 3-5 business days. International: 5-10 business days (depending on your location). Durring the dispach process I will also send status updates for your order to the email address you registered with.
NOTE: Please note items shipped outside of EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed by us. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
RETURNS If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 14 days from receipt of the returned painting. Returned works must be packed properly in their original pack. If it has been more than 14 days since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. If you receive a painting that is damaged please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will discuss about return, possibly replacement after return, or refund.
NOTE: Please note that all shipping costs - initial, as well as return - will be the customer’s responsibility. You will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection with your local courier. Your return shipping fee is not refundable, unless we decide so, based on the information you provided as the reason for your return, which will be reviewed individually.
Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us. Prints are not returnable.
Once the returned products reach me, I will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, if paid by card, or by bank transfer. Please also read the chapter regarding the payment conditions. If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please let me know and/or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed.
COMISSIONS: If one of your favorite painting is not available, we can discuss commissions; anyhow each work is unique and, even if a “copy” is commissioned, it will not be identical with the originally painted one.
